We currently offer delivery services to the United States, Germany, and France. Please note that military bases, political bases, and certain remote areas are not included in our delivery range at this time.
- Order Processing Time: 1 to 5 days.
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 15 business days.
Due to data sync delays with carriers like FedEx, USPS, UPS, and Amazon Shipping, tracking notifications may arrive later than expected. Rest assured, your package is likely already on its way even if the status has not updated on Shopify yet.
Weather, traffic, or public holidays may also cause minor transit delays, and we will notify you in advance of holiday impacts via email or SMS.
In the rare event of an unexpected processing delay, we will reach out via email immediately. If we cannot get in touch after three attempts or within five days, we will proactively issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please double-check your email address at checkout and monitor your spam folder so you never miss an update.
During peak promotional seasons, increased logistical pressure may occasionally lead to delivery issues. If your package gets lost or encounters transit problems, please contact us right away. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and either resend the exact same product free of charge or issue a full refund to minimize any inconvenience.
