What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Amazon Pay.
Can I add my discount code after purchase?
If you forgot to add your promo code at checkout, please contact our Customer Experience team at hello@huloosleep.com with your order number and offer details. We will work to find the best solution for you.

Do you have financing programs for orders?
Yes, we offer flexible financing options through Shop Pay for orders over $50 with 0% APR*. During checkout, you can choose to pay for your order in up to 4 installments using Shop Pay. Simply select the Shop Pay option and follow the instructions.
Can I use a huloosleep.com discount code on another site?
Our discount codes and promotional offers are exclusive to direct orders on huloosleep.com. Purchases made through other retailers or channels, including Amazon, are not eligible for our offers and cannot be price matched to huloosleep.com
Why is state tax being collected on my orders?
Starting August 1, 2024, we are required by state law to collect sales tax on all orders. This ensures compliance with state regulations.
How is the state tax calculated?
An estimated state tax will automatically be at checkout. When your payment has been processed, the final amount will be present on your receipt.
Can I be exempt from the state tax?
All orders are subject to state tax as required by law. No exemptions can be made.

Where do you ship to?
We are currently shipping within the United States and Germany.
How much is shipping, and do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, which are also delivered in an expedited manner. However, expedited orders require a fee to ship your order quickly, which you can select when you place your order.
When will my order be shipped?
Generally speaking, we process orders very fast, but sometimes it takes 24 to 48 hours to ship. Click the shipping icon in the order confirmation email to check its status and track the shipment.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. We process our orders within 48 hours. You can generally expect your orders to be delivered within 3-7 business days, but most of our products are actually delivered within fewer days!
Please keep in mind shipping delays are sometimes unavoidable. Delivery during/after holidays or to areas experiencing severe weather conditions may require additional time. We recommend monitoring your shipping updates.

Return
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Please make sure your returned items meet the conditions listed below. If they don’t, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accept the return or issue a refund. Once we receive the items and confirm everything is in order, we will refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
1.We’re unable to accept cash on delivery. As noted in our email, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
2.Items must be unopened, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale.
3.We cannot accept empty packaging or products that were not purchased from this order in our store.
4.After you’ve shipped your order, kindly share the tracking number with us. This helps our warehouse staff double-check your order details.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team for instructions. You will need your order number and details of the product you wish to return or exchange.
Who is responsible for the cost of return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

How do I care for my HulooSleep play mat/blankets?
Care instructions vary by product and material. When you first receive the mat, it may not have fully rebounded, and the length and thickness might not have returned to their original state. We recommend using an iron or allowing 3-7 days for your Relax Mat to be ready for use! Don’t worry if it appears a little smaller than expected; it will continue to expand and puff up, restoring to its original condition.
How can I be sure of the quality of your products?
We are committed to providing high-quality products and stand behind the craftsmanship of our product lineup. Our products undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they meet our standards. On the rarest occasion where you're experiencing anything subpar of pure coziness, simply send us a message to get you taken care of.
How to care for your mat?
You can roll or fold the mat and tuck it away in a wardrobe or corner. When you first open it, you may notice creases, bumps, and compression; don’t fret, this is normal! We recommend steaming or ironing it to help restore its smooth surface.
