Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to return it.
Damage and Problems
Please inspect the item after receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and solve it.
Product Return Standards
1. You have 30 days to decide if the item is right for you. If you want to return or exchange it, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receipt.
2. We do not accept items you return directly without prior confirmation.
3. The returned items must be in unused condition and the original packaging. We do not accept any returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
4. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We will arrange an exchange or refund after verifying your return tracking number or receipt.
Return Address
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and package delivery address instructions, We have warehouses in different countries around the world! If you would like to return an item, please feel free to contact us. Our customer service staff will provide you with the nearest return address based on your order details within 24 hours.
Return Time: 30 business days.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@huloosleep.com, stating the item you are returning and the reason, and attaching photos or videos of the quality problem.
*Items that have not been returned in advance will not be accepted.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized items (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
*Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you receive the item you need is to return the existing item and purchase the new item separately after the return is accepted.
Product exchange standards:
1. Exchange conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with intact packaging and labels. If the product has quality problems or does not match the description, you can apply for a replacement within 30 days after receiving the product.
2. Exchange process: Please initiate a replacement application on the order page or through the email hello@huloosleep.com, and provide the order number, product problem description, and photos. After the review is passed, follow the instructions to send the product back to the designated address.
3. Shipping instructions: For exchanges caused by quality problems or merchant responsibility, the shipping cost will be borne by us; for exchanges caused by other reasons, the shipping cost will be borne by you.
Processing return and exchange product time: We will process your order within 5 working days.

Refund
After we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
If your refund has been more than 15 business days, please contact your bank immediately for processing.
*Note: We accept returns and exchanges, but non-quality issues are not within the scope of our after-sales service, and goods that are not returned in advance will not be accepted.
